I purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax. It was a long distance purchase which made it a little more challenging for both myself and for Mike Campbell and the staff. Mike made me feel comfortable with the whole process and I was confident in my purchase. I picked up my vehicle and everything was done for me when I arrived and it all went off without a hitch! I am very pleased with my new car and the service I received at Jim Thompson Chrysler. Thank you Mike Campbell.

I was pleased with the attention that Mike paid to me to understand what I was looking for in a new truck. Took a lot of time and asked lots of questions. I have to praise Sylvia and her service team. She keeps me coming back.
