Worst experience ever!! I had a backup camera issue with my car. I called in to make sure they cover first canadian protection plan. They confirmed “YES” they do, they just have to contact first Canadian protection to check if they can cover the backup camera and I booked an appointment and the day i drove in, they said they do not cover this coverage. They are going to charge me $125 an hour for the labor or if its the part, it can be over $500. Wasted my time. Didn’t even look at my papers and never tried to help. Seems to me they just want people to drive in by any means or just giving them false hopes, so they can have them in at least to charge them for labor and not provide correct information. No one takes an ownership. Nobody is on the same page. I would never bringing my vehicle again to this place ever!!

Azharjeet, I apologize that there was a miscommunication regarding third party warranty coverage. Our appointment scheduling calls to our appointment coordinator are recorded. You indicated on your appointment call that you had spoken to someone in service regarding a backup camera issue and that we said that you would have to bring the vehicle in for us to inspect the vehicle to see what was required. You were then transferred to our coordinator to book an appointment. In your conversation to the appointment coordinator you indicated you have a first Canadian warranty. The coordinator continued scheduling your appointment. When you arrived at the service department it was brought to the attention of the service advisor that you have a First Canadian Warranty. The service advisor communicated that we do not perform repairs for third party warranty companies [direct bill to them]. We are happy to perform the diagnostics and or repairs, but you would need to submit your invoice to the third-party warrant company directly for reimbursement. We do perform repairs under Factory extended warranties. Our appointment coordinator was in error in not clarifying that the third-party warranty you have may cover the repair you require, that we are happy to perform these repairs but you would need to submit the invoice directly as we do not deal with third party warranty companies directly. The service advisor clarified the above and provided a rough estimate as to the cost of the diagnostics and possible repair. We have addressed this error with our appointment coordinator and again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new vehicle here at Wellington Motors Chrysler. First of all they were the only dealership that had one with all the options I was looking for, so I called and booked an appointment. The building itself is pretty spacious and kept tidy. Conveniently located off a main highway that seldom gets too much traffic. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly hello and the process of getting a new vehicle started immediately. Not only did they give me a great deal off the listed price, but also accepted the value I wanted for my trade in. They are genuinely sincere about making the costumer feel good about the purchase. My sales rep, David Schneider, made tremendous efforts to meet my expectation, and in some instances exceed them. Overall I am very happy I bought my new 2020 Ram Rebel from them. And most likely will buy again here, whenever I'm in the market for a new one.

Driving away after, my truck feels like a new vehicle again. Which gives me confidence from those who worked on it.
