Great experience at this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. Kyle Fraser was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process in spite of my recurrent indecision. Thanks Kyle for all your help. Your time and effort was greatly appreciated and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. A bit of an amendment as I've had a couple issues since purchase. Still really happy with my new vehicle, however its taken almost a year to receive the incentive that was offered to me at the time of purchase, and I feel like I had to contact them frequently to get it taken care of. The second issue (missing lock nuts) was attended to quickly and professionally, however should not have been an issue in the first place.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I bought my car from the same dealership in 2018 and since then I have never received a quality service after paying thousand dollars to the car. Everytime I book an appointment and go there, they always make me wait minimum an hour, never follow the schedule. 2 weeks ago, after waiting 45 mins, I went up to info desk and to ask what was going on and I had another appt to go, I was told "then take your car and leave". - Your comment below belongs to my second appointment since you made me wait for 2 hours and gave my car back not fixed at my first appointment. Pls do not try to cover up your disrespectful behavior. Instead try to fix your customer service.

Melis, all of our service operations are time stamped. You met with a service advisor to review your appointment, air conditioning does not blow cold air & your work order was generated at 13:21. A technician clocked onto your vehicle at 13:41. Diagnostic showed your air conditioning system was found to be low on refrigerant. We evacuated the system, added a dye, added a partial charge so the system would run and pressurize. We black light tested the system and no apparent leaks were found. As it may be a very slow leak you were instructed to drive the vehicle and return in a few days to black light again to see if a leak could be identified. The technician clocked off at 14:41. You were here a total of an hour and 20 minutes to perform a service that takes an hour in itself to perform. Covid process have slowed things down a little bit, we can’t get much quicker than that.
