We had a very bad experience with buying a vehicle there. We were told our SUV was all wheel drive so went went over our budget and purchased it. When we realized shortly after we got it that it was only 2 wheel drive we inquired as to what could be done. We were told that there was nothing they could do because "you got a good deal" but they would give us a good trade in price if we wanted to trade it in. Thanks a lot Shaun for continuing to give car salesmen a bad name.

Due to your wife's relationship with Georgian Chevrolet you bought your vehicle at employee pricing and the only option would be to trade the vehicle you purchased for an AWD model. Hi Dustin, I am so sorry to hear of your situation with your new winter tires. I do understand that from Tim your service advisor he corrected the error in a timely manner and had your vehicle back on the road the same day.
