Hi Dustin, I am so sorry to hear of your situation with your new winter tires. I do understand that from Tim your service advisor he corrected the error in a timely manner and had your vehicle back on the road the same day. Please call our Service Manager Ahmed at 705-733-3332 if you still have any concerns so we can hopefully clear up this situation.

will not be back . went to see a cts-v in the summer of 2018 and this still bothers me . walked in and met the used car salesman Larry Moffat I spoke too over the phone , I went outside too see the car after a few minutes went back inside and could not find my salesman so I asked the receptionist , so she paged him at his desk , he replied by yelling and screaming across the showroom to her saying he was busy ect . very very rude ! I just left .see Georgian in third picture . ok

We welcome the feed back, however, we are not a Cadillac dealer and have not had a CTS-V in our Pre-owned inventory so we cannot look into who helped you, do you know who you came to see?
