Very disappointed of Hyundai Canada; I am the owner of this under warranty 2014 Santa Fe (5XYZU3LB2DG110607) that has his hood fly open while driving at high speed, threatening my family’s life, my car is damaged and the hood does not open since January and Hyundai didn’t repair it yet. Worst service from a car manufacturer ever, lost trust in Hyundai and their warranty See the vidéo below or on Youtube

This is my third vehicle through Hyundai Charlottetown PE. I am always made to feel special and treated wonderful by any of the staff that I meet. Kas Ghadban has been my salesman on each vehicle. He has been terrific each time.

Kas is friendly and easy to talk with. He was very patient and helpful without being pushy. He listened to what I wanted /needed for my daily work/ personal driving needs. I was looking for a standard but there wasnt an availabe one with air conditioning. So, after checking around looking at used cars and weighing my options and frankly getting a bit overwhelmed, Kas talked about how the Accent has a manual feature that helps save on brake wear and also assists with fuel econmy. I am a customer who asks questions and expects honest answers and Kas., is my go to guy at Experience Hyundai.

I was nervous about the process of shopping for a new vehicle. Let's face it, it's stressful. But my dealings with Andrew Arsenault at Experience Hyundai eased the stress. He went above and beyond his duty to find me exactly the vehicle I wanted for a price that satisfied both of us. He was diligent, capable, and respectful with a good sense of humour. He maintained communication and had immediate answers. I'll be back, and I'll be recommending Andrew.

I was reffered to buying a Hyundai from Kas from family. It was my first time buying a car and I seriously could not have gotten better service! Kas was friendly and welcoming since the moment I walked in the door. He was thorough in making sure I understood everything and answered my questions explicitly. 10/10 recommend Kas and I will 100% recommend him to anyone I know looking for a to buy or lease a car.
