Doug is an amazing guy to deal with if you’re a new person buying a car! He was very patient and understanding! He’s so respectful and kind! He never once made me feel unhappy or uncomfortable! Great experience :)

Doug Callin was great not a bit pushy and i appreciate that alot.This is my third Hyundai and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these vechicles to anyone.My experience was very easy and pleasant starting with Doug and than dealing with Luke in the finance dept..Both these gentlemen made me feel very comfortable and helped me enjoy this experience as it is a big decision.Big thanks to both these guys.

2018 Hyundai Sport

Since this vehicle that we just purchased, was the second new Hyundai that I ever owned. My first was a 2010 Hyundai, Sport. Both my wife and I were very happy on how it handled and have nothing bad to say about it, and hated to have to say goodbye to it. It served us well and we hope the same for our purchase of the 2018 Hyundai Sport that we now own. We were very satisfied with the team at our local Hyundai Dealership. Looking forward to years ahead with this vehicle as we did with our first.

This was the absolute best experience I had buying a car. My husband and I had been looking to upgrade for some time and we were having trouble finding the time to get to a dealership. I was unsure where we were going to go looking first as I have had some negative experiences in the past. We had it narrowed down to 3 dealerships. I searched Experience Hyundai up as I had saw advertisements online promoting great deals and really had me interested. My dad had purchased a Santa Fe a few years ago and knew he loved his. I kinda had this idea in my head I could never afford a beautiful vehicle like his. As I was seeking out what was available online I had a live chat with a agent and took all my information, what I was looking for etc. Within 5-10 minutes I had an email and a phone call from Kas Ghadban. He had excellent personable skills he listened and offered to meet up with me and my husband the following day( Saturday) to discuss options. As we walked into the Charlottetown dealership it was like a whole new experience. The staff here were the most friendliest staff. We were treated so good by everyone. Kas had already had some ideas, suggestions for us which was awesome. He knew what we wanted to spend and came within that range. Kas was so knowledgeable and we felt like he was so real with us. He explained everything all fees etc. (There was no small print). After going to Experience Hyundai on Saturday I had no need to seek out the other 2 dealerships. My husband and I left Saturday and on Tuesday we went home with not one but two new vehicles!! I recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to seek out this dealership as they wont be disappointed!! Let them know what you want and what is in your budget and they will make it happen.
