First I called to check whether we need appointment to see some cars. Which was not necessary according to the reception desk but I arrived there and they were surprised. After waiting, I meet Sales guy and without showing any cars or anything he just pushed to the financing where I was read to pay in cash. After this bad service their central finance is worse. I clearly informed them from the beginning that I have arrived just few days back in Canada and I cannot give you some of papers, which was good for them when we talk but then after they keep on asking some paper which was not making any sense in my case. I have been to other places and I brought my car with credit with the same paper which I provide to Automobile. This was my first bad experience in Canada where sales guys is just interested in financing without showing any real car. We didn't talked anything else then financing in 2 hrs visit to this guys but without any results. May be I was in wrong hands

J’étais pour faire ma 3e achat chez vous. Super service de la réceptionniste et pour la prise de rendez-vous. Question de pas perdre mon temps, je demande lors de la prise de rendez-vous combien évalue t’il mon échange. On me dit que c’est minimum 15000$ jusqu’à maximum 18500$ mais je dois faire évaluer mon auto. Je prend rdv pour aujourd’hui. Au départ ça part bien je fais l’essaie de 2 voitures … en revenant oups mon vendeur s’est poussé avec un autre client, j’attends plus de 45 minutes sans que personne vienne me voir et je quitte car je n’avais pas autant de temps. Je rappel pour demander d’avoir accès à la valeur de mon évaluation. On me rappel et on me dit qu’on me donne 10 000$ LOL une vrai joke, il vende le même modèle que moi mais près de 100 000 km de plus au compteur pour 18999$ présentement! On me dit qu’on me rappel dans pas long et silence radio, plus aucune nouvelles….. TRÈS déçu du service, ça manque de professionnalisme et ça prend les clients pour des épais …. Juste WoW très bon service vraiment il font des pieds et des mains pour te trouver le meilleur financement! Mais il faut leur laisser du temps au moins une semaine mais ça donne de bon résultat!!! Super service en ligne avec Simon et Steve je donnerais 5 étoiles pour eux, par contre rendue sur place nous avons eu Kaleb comme vendeur. Il était correct mais sans plus..! Mais son directeur des ventes, faisait de la grosse vente à pression, il « bashait » les autres concessionnaires et il nous faisait perdre notre temps… Sachant que l’on venait de Québec et que l’on avait plusieurs places à aller, notre visite qui devait nous prendre 30-45 minutes s’est rallongée en 3-4h au final nous avons pas eu le temps d’aller voir les autres véhicules..
