Always a good experience. The staff is always nice and helpful. I can honestly say that I enjoy bringing my vehicle there. This is my 4th mazda but the 1st one I buy in Sudbury and I have no regret! Will definitely go back for my next Mazda!

Bought a used vehicle. For safety issues, the car delivery was a little delayed but was provided with excellent loaner vehicle. Service was very nice and I would recommend this place to others.

I am on my fourth Mazda. I love Mazda because of the service and quality of the product. I love how as a woman I am never ever belittled. I have totally noticed how more women are working at Palladino and that is a winning strategy. I am always greeted with a smile ....love being served by Tyler and love Guy, the shuttle guy...the whole experience is why I come back since my 20's. It was time to get a new car. I feel at home coming through the doors.. I would like also say how much I loved the service Evan Haferer gave me as my car salesman. I was so pleased that we finally found the perfect car for me. He was friendly, very patient, not pushy and he listened to my concerns. Thank you once again! Love Palladio Mazda !!!!Jo-Anne Dumont

I'm on disability and really needed a reliable vehicle, I meet a salesman named Kyle who was the greatest. I've had the SUV for a year and it needed brakes, Kennedy, The service manager was very helpful and stayed on top of things. I was so glad that it was her who helped me through it.
