Very happy with my experience buying a new Power Wagon, Riverside Dodge will definitely be the first place I will visit when looking at vehicles in the future. Fern and Morgan were both very knowledgeable and willing to assist in every aspect, even staying quite late one day for me to take a test drive. Follow up calls made to ensure I was satisfied and to answer any questions I might have regarding the truck.

It was great dealing with Riverside dodge. Lonnie was patient enough to answer all my questions multiple times . Taylor is awesome in explaining the features. I would definitely recommend Riverside dodge!

Very greasy and unprofessional. Spent all afternoon test driving a used vehicle, had paper work of a quote and payments given to me, returned it at 5pm and asked the salesman if i could give a deposit and he stated that they dont do that and told me to contact him tomorrow at 10am. When I returned the vehicle another employee asked if the vehicle was sold? and my salesman replied with no not yet. I inquired why that employee was asking and my salesman told me that he works here and probably wanted to wash it. when I called at 930 the following day the salesman told me it just sold 5 minutes ago. I contacted the owner of Riverside and he told me that an employee purchased the truck. Very poor experience. If i could give no stars i would. Not only did they waste my time but there business integrity, just to sell a vehicle is very unprofessional.
