Very greasy and unprofessional. Spent all afternoon test driving a used vehicle, had paper work of a quote and payments given to me, returned it at 5pm and asked the salesman if i could give a deposit and he stated that they dont do that and told me to contact him tomorrow at 10am. When I returned the vehicle another employee asked if the vehicle was sold? and my salesman replied with no not yet. I inquired why that employee was asking and my salesman told me that he works here and probably wanted to wash it. when I called at 930 the following day the salesman told me it just sold 5 minutes ago. I contacted the owner of Riverside and he told me that an employee purchased the truck. Very poor experience. If i could give no stars i would. Not only did they waste my time but there business integrity, just to sell a vehicle is very unprofessional.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to work within our parameters instead of setting their own agenda. They don’t BS you and give you straight answers to questions and if they don’t know they will find out. Absolutely would buy a vehicle from Fern and the crew at Riverside again.
