Rust perforation warranty repair

Came in for the rust perforation warranty repairs. I was dealing with a terrific employee named Road. He made sure everything went smoothly. He went out of his way to make sure the request went in on time a complete. The work was done perfectly. I got the car back sooner than I expected. I was very happy.

I've brought my 2017 GTI here twice due to being hit from behind and someone clipping my car in a parking lot. Rawad and Bruce are extremely professional and courteous. They even went above and beyond and removed a small dent at no charge. I would recommend this bodyshop to anyone and everyone.

Two-star rating because the body shop did what they promised. I brought my Golf R in for body work. I called three times to make sure they coordinate with the service department to do the regular maintenance at the same time. They had my car for a week. When I picked up my car, they told me the service department was too busy to do it. No apology. Just "We didn't get to it". Now I have to bring it in again and get a ride to and from Taylor Creek VW to get it done. What a waste of time. Disappointing.

Thank you for your review, Alain. Unfortunately, by the time your vehicle was completed in the Body Shop, there was very little time for service to complete any repairs. This is a busy time of year for service, and we have to accomodate clients who have pre-booked their appointments first. We're sorry that we could not fit you in, and hope that we can continue to service your GOlf R moving forward.
