Terrible Customer Service, they will ask you to look online for their inventory, Representative was not interested at all. One of the worst place to look for Dodge, would not recommend to anyone

The sales guys have no interest in selling their trucks. The first thing the guy sitting in the front of the building says to us is that I wont be able to show you the trucks because i dont know about it. I asked for someone who knows about the used inventory and he asks me to check out the website to see as we might not even like what they have. Terrible way to get business. If you cant train the employees with customer service , I would never recommend anyone buy from them.

This is the second vehicle we have leased/purchased from this dealership after dealing with Wade Ghanam. He is extremely knowledgeable of all vehicles they have and if they don’t have what you are looking for it on the spot, he goes above and beyond to find your specific vehicle. He is extremely professional and we did not feel pressured to finalize a purchase. He truly understands the reality of the big decision to purchase a vehicle. I Highly recommend speaking and dealing with him when contemplating your next vehicle purchase. In addition, we interacted with Moe Sobeh, who was also courteous and professional as we discuss financial options and additional warranties. From my interactions, These 2 folks made purchasing our new vehicle painless, and easy! Highly recommend them both and I will be a returning customer, Thanks again!!

Just bought a 2018 Ram 1500 from Dilawri. The salesperson Wade made it a great buying experience. He was knowledgeable, upfront, honest, and there was no high pressure sales tactics. A rare find these days. I'm definately going back to Dilarwri for my next truck and hopefully get to deal with Wade again.
