Fantastic no pressure sales dealing with John Fraser and Mike Yurchak. John clearly has a ton of experience and was really easy to deal with. They were quick to deliver on the vehicle after the purchase. Everyone from sales, finance and service were great! Highly recommend St. Albert Dodge for your next purchase and ask for John and Mike.

I worked with salesman Keith, finance Jaylan and manager Jay. I would never thought I'd hug a salesman but Keith and Jay really came through for me and got me into something I absolutely LOVE after a bad experience elsewhere. I am honestly so grateful for the work they put in to find me what I was looking for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. After a negative experience elsewhere... I am blown away! Keith is an older gentleman (the true definition of the word gentleman - kind caring considerate and helpful) no pressure sales and no "man-explaining" lol! I truly felt like a highly valued customer! I was hard to win over after my previous experience elsewhere and I am 100% happy with my experience... which did take the time to find the "right" jeep made just for ME! so happy!

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We are from Ontario and had work done on our 2500 RAM. Dee, the service advisor, kept us up to date, provided bad news with empathy, and was excited to give us good news! Yuiri, the mechanic, actually stayed late to get the job done. Andy, the shuttle driver, was extremely accommodating. He gave us tips on sites to see and shared some local knowledge. We are now able to continue our travels safely and on time. Big thanks to St. Albert Dodge!

As an 18 year old taking my first steps into adulthood by purchasing my first vehicle. I was thrilled to know that there were trust worthy associates at St Albert Dodge. They always kept in contact with myself and my parents, leaving no details out of the picture and reinforcing my confidence with the purchasing of my new vehicle.
