My family has purchased meny vehicles from SMP and has always talked so highly of Angela and Casey, so when it came time to needing to find something larger for work they were both so eager to help me out. Angela was so amazing in helping me find the exact ride for me that fit all of what I was needing for my job along with helping find something that fit in the price point that I could afford. Casey made the process just as amazing by making the financial part of it a fun thing instead of a long process. With it being the first vehicle that I have purchased for myself both of them made my day one of the best days by helping me find and take home the exact suv that I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to SMP anytime that I am looking for my next vehicle.

My experience here perfect, Brett Traill has always helped us and gotten the best deal we could have asked for. As for the other representatives like Logan Helstrom who showed us every option possible for financing and Dean Blatz for the speedy service and ability to tend to my questions during a busy day.

The entire car shopping and purchasing experience was excellent and stress free. Angela Sipko and all the staff made be feel welcome and greeted me with a smile. There were a lot of choices and Angela asked me questions to determine what I wanted and more importantly what I needed and recommended the vehicle that met all the criteria

Bought used from these guys, sales dept great as you would expect. They ran it through their shop, said with the sticker price they have a budget to work within to fix any problems, and they did that. 2 months later, had an issue, booked me in with a $149 diagnostic fee and $500 in repair. They called and said I am good to go. As they were driving it over to me, it died. Before I even stepped in my truck, they booked me in again, charged another $149 diagnostic fee and another $500 in repair. Some manager who was a very forgettable person whose name I cannot remember gave me 10% off the second repair haha. Called back and spoke to another forgettable human, possibly a GM who said he would look into the bogus second $149 diag fee but I never heard back. Just for fun, I asked them to see what they could do on a trade in. All of a sudden, it was all hands on deck, and presented me with such a ludicrous deal that it would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Bought my truck around $20K in a 'super hot market', so it was tough negotiating on the price although they did move a little, but 2 months later the market 'cooled' and my truck was only worth $10K on trade. As I was slow moving out the door of their store, trade went up. Then into my truck, they knocked on my window, trade went up, all the way to $18K. The whole thing is a perfect caricature of the scummy used car dealership. Side note, since that $1000 in repair, along with $300 in diag fees and $500 in towing, the truck has been great. They were able to squeeze a little more juice out of me, but unfortunately, that will be the last of it.

Very disappointing experience. Booked an appointment and listed items wanting to address. Drove 2.5 hours to sit in the waiting area and be told just be 5 minutes, 10 minutes etc.. Got my oil changed but spent the day waiting on salesperson to go over my concerns just to be brushed off. Selling a truck without explanation of features because the salesperson has a different phone is a pitiful excuse and if they were concerned about their service they would have found a salesperson to assist and not just leaving me, a senior, to figure it out on my own and wasting my time. I should not have had to sit there all day to just told to wait longer. DO NOT advise anyone who may require technological assistance to deal here or attempt to get service. Disappointing experience and will not be dealing here again at all!

Service was OK, not great. Booked an appointment for a recall 9 days in advance. Showed up to the appointment and they didn't even bother to order the parts for the recall. What a waste of time.
