I recently purchased a used Lexus CT200h for Tony Graham Lexus. The Sales Associate that worked with me is named Yan Ma. She was awesome to work with, from the appointment to take a test drive Yan had the car ready out front and warmed up for me when I had made contact requesting a test drive. After I had purchased the car we forgot the cargo cover due to the winter tires being in the back. Yan went out of her way to deliver this to my home, awesome service. The Finance Associate Mohamad Sakka worked very hard for me, obtaining the best rate possible and along with Yan, stayed in contact with me during the purchase to the closing of the vehicle purchase. When the automobile was delivered to me the vehicle delivery specialist even took time to review the vehicle options with me, even pairing my blootooth devices...exceptional service. I am very pleased with the staff at Tony Graham Lexus, welcoming me to the Lexus family and working hard for my business. Steven Eardley
