Helpfull, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly!!

Walked in to deal on a new vehicle and within 2 hours walked out with an agreed upon price for a new vehicle. Car was ready to go when promised and the salesman spent over an hour demonstrating all the features of the vehicle as well as explaining in detail all the paperwork and warranties included during the sales process. We were greeted immediately at the door on our 2 visits and made comfortable with seating and coffee during our short wait for our salesman. The salesman took time during his days off to be at the dealership for our original visit and our vehicle pickup date. Thank you Dave Osborne for your professionalism in dealing with our requests. Orangeville Honda is simply amazing! Kelly Cottrell warmly welcomed us as soon as we walked into the dealership which made my wife and I feel comfortable immediately. All the staff were very courteous, kind and nonabrasive. Kelly and I sat down, ran the numbers and after reaching our agreement they delivered my brand new detailed clean car with a full tank of gas and a sweet little small gift to thank us for our purchase. What an exhilarating moment! Before I drove away, Kelly sat with me in the passenger seat and was very thorough and incredibly helpful when describing the many features of our 2014 Civic EX to ensure I wasn't stuck with a thousand questions. She also assured me that if I ever was stuck to contact her right away. I'm very happy with my new car purchase and I would certainly recommend Kelly and the Orangeville Honda team.

Overall a good experience, but I was not happy waiting 20-30minutes on two separate occasions when I had a confirmed appointment. Once was for a sales associate and the other was with the Business Manager. The second one felt worse as it was booked further in advance and the appointment took 5-10 minutes once we finally began.
