Was happy when I purchased the 2012 Honda civicr but after I picked it up and got home I noticed slight dints in the front fende

As stated above, when I purchased the Honda Civic (28,000 km on the vehicle) I was shown a very small tiny dint in the driver's door. Told nothing else had happened to the car - always been serviced by Orangeville Honda. they showed me all the work orders listing that had been done on the car. I questioned a couple of entries that said "auto body work" and they told me it was to install the sun reflectors over the windows - that's all it meant. They assured me car had never been in any accidents or had any other body work done. When I got the car home, I noticed that in fact there were small dints over the driver's wheel . Something obviously had happened, which I was not told about. That was very disappointing to me as I felt they were not totally honest. Other than that the service that I received was good. I felt I was looked after in a professional way by Matt. I never called to complain about the dints because I had already paid for the car. (In hind sight, I probably should have voiced my complaint)

Very professional, knew more about the product than I would have expected. She was respectful but very easy to talk to. After the sale she gave me a small gift for buying a great product and she called to see how I was enjoying the car.

My husband ordered snow tires on rims on Monday October 20th and gave his credit card number. My daughter went to the Orangeville Honda dealership on Thursday October 23rd at the scheduled time(10:00 am and RO was opened at 09:52) to have the tires put on. That is all that was to be done. At 11:10 my daughter was told they were almost done- just had to bag the tires and wash the car. The bill was given at 11:25 and my daughter was told the car was being washed. At 11:40 my daughter went to the desk to enquire about the car and told service person she needed to leave. Car was returned without being washed. She observed other cars brought to service after she arrived and we're done before her. Invoice states the car was ready at 11:21 but obviously not. This is our second time at Orangeville Honda and unsatisfactory service.
