I recently purchased a Ram 2500 from Wellington Motors. Marina was a pleasure to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Marina was able to accommodate my busy schedule and made the sale very quick and stress free. Each team member I talked to was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using Wellington Motors for your next vehicle purchase!

Definitely not happy with the recent service at Wellington motors. Brought the vehicle in with a certain concern (thought it was something related to the back left wheel). Later on, I got the call telling me that the front breaks needed to be changed and the back ones serviced... With that, they added a break fluid flush... I have them the go-ahead, thinking that was the issue. Upon pick-up and revising my bill, it was noted that the trouble had been fixed by unbending a plate that was touching the rotor when turning... That cost $50 and it fixed my concern. But NEVER was that mentioned during the call and they made it seem as if the problem came from front breaks. Needless to say, my bill cost almost $1000, when the issue was fixed after about $50, maybe slightly more with time/labour. Never going back there again.

We inspected the vehicle found several issues creating several different noises. The vehicle required replacements of the front pads and rotors as they were wore out and noisy. The rear brakes required servicing caliper sliders etc but the rear pads and rotors had lots of material remaining and did not require replacement. The rear plate backing plate was bent and scraping on the rotor which could be bent back into place to resolve this noise. The brake flush is a recommended maintenance item. We called with an estimate for our recommendations which you always have the option to declining one or all, you approved all recommendations and we completed the required repairs.

I just bought my first car from Jeff Schackell at Wellington! He looked after me so well and I love my new car. It was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up and the whole thing was easy and fun! My car is so awesome - like new inside and out - I can't say enough good things. Excellent experience!

The staff at Wellington Motors are great! Andrew MacCormack is wonderful to work with and isn't pushy. He's a very friendly and genuine guy. Can't recommend Wellington enough, especially if you're in the market for an SUV or truck!
