Friendly and courteous the whole way through my service!!

While buying our car, our experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Jeff was a pleasure to work with. HOWEVER -- as soon as we drove off the lot with our new vehicle, it was like we no longer matter as customers. Jeff assured us that he would call in a few days to check in, and he was going to find out about having an extra car-seat anchor installed. One week later, no call. After 1.5 weeks, I emailed him -- to ask about the anchor, and another concern I had with the vehicle. NO RESPONSE. It has now been 2.5 weeks since we drove off the lot, I have not heard back, and we STILL do not have the ownership (which they assured would arrive in the mail in 10 days). I had to reach out to a sales manager with my concerns, who promptly got back to me, but other than a curt apology provided no reason or explanation as to why we had been so ignored. Needless to say, this gives the distinct impression that the people here care about you as long as your money is on the line. As SOON as the deal is done and they aren't trying to sell to you, you cease to matter. I am unimpressed, to say the least. *****UPDATE: In response to the owner's reply: While I am willing to give Jeff the benefit of the doubt, and assume that he DID in fact email me on June 9th (an email I did NOT receive - I checked all of my folders, including promotions/trash/spam), this still is insufficient. He told me he would be checking in mid-week the week after we purchased the vehicle -- he told me this multiple times. That means I should have expected a call from him by June 4th at the latest. Instead, I had to reach out to him because no call was forthcoming. Further, if he DID email me back on the 9th, why did he not also reach out by phone when he did not get a reply from me? He has shown that once a negative review is on the line he can call me four times in 2 days -- but he can't make one courtesy call prior to that negative review? All in all, I'm disappointed. Also, we STILL have not received the ownership in the mail, as promised.

This is my second time purchasing a truck with Wellington Motors both experiences have been outstanding.Over the years I have owned a number of vehicles and have dealt with all of the dealerships on dealer row some good and some disappointing that’s why I returned to Wellington a proven professional group. The staff @ Wellington make the difference ,your frontline faces can make or break a purchase. Dealing with professionals like Jeff Shackell and Michelle Rowsell have given me confidence that this purchase at this dealership was the correct choice. Thanks guys for all the help.
