Incompetent Service Advisor

I was a regular customer for Road sport Honda for 2yrs and did 6 services with them. Yesterday I went for my 6th service B1 and the service advisor named "Alex Thai"told me I need to do a transmission fluid flush $145plus tax for a 2yr 54000km driven vehicle and also wheel alignment $138.86plus tax. I said I will think about it because including the B1 service the total cost was coming over 500$, So I asked him to do a just the B1 service. I called Midtown Honda today and spoke to Service advisor "Earl" and checked the price for wheel alignment and it costs $119 plus tax and Transmission fluid replacement $90plus tax. The service advisor told me I dont need to do a transmission fluid change if I dont see the code B3 in the Maintenance minder system and normally its done after 80000KM-90000km. I even went to Formula Honda and spoke to Kumar Arumugam(Service Consultant) and I showed him the transmission fluid color which is pale yellow, He said I dont need to change and the transmission fluid is in good condition. So I spoke to Honda customer relations agent "Crystal" about the bad experience I received from Road sport Honda especially from the incompetent service advisor and Crystal recommended me Midtown Honda .I've setup an appointment with midtown Honda next week to get my alignment done and to check if I need to replace the transmission fluid or not. I recommended few friends to Road sport Honda in the past and they purchased vehicles and now I wont recommend road sport to anyone due to incompetent service Advisor who tries to ripoff customers Hard earned money and also providing bad customer service. There are some good service advisors in Roadsport honda like Tiger who is knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately I didn't get him yesterday. So after yesterday's experience with Alex,I lost my trust and confidence with Roadsport, and I even tried to reach the manager at Roadsport but didn't get a response regarding this issue. So I decided to do my future service with other Trustable Honda dealership.

I have been driving a Toyota car for the past 13 years. Was extremely happy with the Toyota performance. Was reluctant to entertain the thought of acquiring a Honda. My husband and I went into Roadsport dealership after the recommendation from our mechanic and trusted friend. He suggested we ask for Charles. We were definitely not disappointed. Test drove the HRV and bought it on the spot. I have been driving my new car for about 6 weeks.... So happy and satisfied with the purchase. Charles was very thorough in explaining all the features that my new car came with.
