They dealership sold me a car for 11000$ with a fake safety. The car needs an entire new wiring harness and their refusing to fix it, they’ve patched it up three times now to try and go around it. The car lights randomly stop working, it stalls while I’m driving it. It doesn’t run properly. They gave it to me with mould in the cup holders, not detailed.. they returned it to me the last time with the gas light on and used all my gas to test drive it around town. I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere, rather they want me to trade it in for something more expensive from them. I do not want another vehicle from them. I’ve spoken with the owner multiple times.

Do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Does not do proper safety’s on their vehicles, expects people to drive CHILDREN around in a vehicle that is extremely unsafe. So unless you want to put yourself or family in danger do not purchase a vehicles from them!

I have never seen such shady business from a car dealership before. Buyer beware when purchasing from here! Please buy from a reputable place! Go somewhere that has reputable mechanics that care about the safety of others. Never met an owner before that just did not care about the safety of his clients. Edit: the owner now very upset feel bad for the sales people that have to work here for someone who acts this way. Been in the car business for years now and I know how a dealer principal should act towards even upset clients and this is not the right way.

If only I could give a negative star. My wife bought a car wasn’t road worthy they didn’t even detail it. Has Mold in the cup holder. And the wire harness is hacked together. Car stalls and will prob catch fire only option is to trade it in? Just want our money back and to go our own way. Here’s a picture of the exhaust also

The stories I’m hearing about this place make me want to let others know that they sell unsafe and unreliable. They sold my friend a car that was not road worthy, and she has small children! They have given her nothing but hassles about repairs and/ or any kind of compensation for her troubles. Would definitely not recommend!

First of all, my sales guy Andres has been amazing- this review isn’t about him. It’s the owners fault. I’ve had a horrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a “safetied” vehicle- with an exhaust leak and a malfunctioning wiring harness. They acknowledged it and attempted to repair it with electrical tape. The issue persisted. The car stalls out in the lane way, my rear tail lights went on the left, the heated seats all went and it doesn’t run properly. Ive only had the car 1 month and 2 weeks of it have been spent in the shop. Ive requested my money back and they refuse, rather they want me to trade it in and buy something more expensive. I’ve contacted OMVIC. I’ve brought it to another shop and had a diagnostic done stating that it requires a new wiring harness. They still refuse to help me and have sent it home with me. It’s a fire hazard and not safe to drive. I have 5 kids, I can’t get them out fast enough if this car catches on fire. I also had to pay to have the exhaust leak fixed out of my own pocket. They have so many good reviews which is why I chose them- recently they had a competition with a reward to whoever could get the most positive reviews.. maybe some people have a good experience, lucky you. I did not. I’ve spoken with the owner directly and he’s of no help. I just want my money back so I can buy a car elsewhere.

We mentioned to you that the electrical issues have been taken care of and have been repaired. However, just to be certain and to avoid any inconvenience for you, we kept the car with us for 3 days for testing and only after a thorough inspection, we have given you an assurance that the issues have been resolved. However, you are not satisfied with this resolution. Another option that we gave you was to pick another car of similar value and we would do the safety as well as any repairs that are required, from our end. You are unwilling to talk to us to reach a resolution that’s reasonable for both of us. Our offer to resolve this is still open and we look forward to hearing from you in a fair manner. Thank you. If I could give less than one star I would. They sold my friend a vehicle that isn’t even safe for the road “safety” complete and will not address the issues.
