My girlfriend and I got a vehicle from sam less then a year ago and it’s having MAJOR issues already so many codes coming up and over 3000$ worth of work to fix. there is no way she caused theses damages in 10 months. we brought the car to Chevy dealership and they even said to NEVER deal with empireauto especially if you have low credit. They didn’t care AT ALL to help until she posted an honest review (posted below) and then they called her acting like they cared and wanted to help but at the end of the conversation he said ( but I have to take down that review) they offered to pay to fix the car but after the diagnosis never answered again. Photos of proof.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM EMPIRE AUTO. If you have low credit expect to pay 70,000 for a car that’s worth 20,000 WITHOUT any issues. Original review Was sold a broken vehicle less then a year ago with a recall on it since 2020, now I’m having all theses issues I can’t afford to fix and I’m out a car not even a year later but I’m stuck paying triple the price for it. Thank you again Sam M, Savannah and the entire empire auto group for taking advantage of people with low credit BTW all theses reviews are fake they won’t give you the keys to YOUR car until you leave a good review. I will continue to repost my review until they make it right, and I hope I help one low credit person not get scammed from them. I rather not have a car then pay 70,000 for one I got to drive for 10 months.

I really like my Lexus....buying a car like this and making payments so greatly improved your credit.....too bad everyone wants to steal it

Sam M at Empire Auto Group is excellent customer service skills are out the roof, knowledgeable friendly speedy to answer any questions and concerns. My mother and I were aided in finding the ideal car for my needs by the wonderfully helpful and courteous staff. Sam made the whole experience so fun and the buying procedure went quickly and smoothly, and the dealership was tidy and organised. The sales team worked hard to find me the perfect fit, and I never felt hurried or under pressure.
