We had an excellent experience, start to finish. Our sales representative, Dilhan, was knowledgable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. We had quotes from several VW dealerships and Bytek gave us the best price, and the best service.

Just ordered one of the last available 2019 Jetta GLI'S in Ontario. VW is sending it to Toronto from Ottawa for me as there are no more GLI's in the GTA. Can't wait!!!!!!!!

In the span of 3 months, me and my wife bought 2 new VW. First One from Myers, I was very disappointed, so we tried Bytek. At Bytek, Andrew Q. was awesome, he listened to my needs, found me a GSW manual, 4Motion, exactly like I asked him. The car was delivered perfectly, waxed, cleaned. He roadtested it before delivery because I was away. He was very flexible and attentive to my "picky" side. I recommend Andrew Q.

My experience at Bytek was a little atypical because I knew I wanted an all-electric car and had already identified the e-Golf as a contender. My only complaint was the lack of inventory, which I was told was due to supply from Germany. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the sales and service staff and would have no hesitation recommending this dealership.

Dropped by today to have a Check Engine Light diagnosed on my car. Kelly was my Service Advisor & Tony was the tech. Exemplary work from both of them, kept me informed, were honest & upfront with me. Recommend this Service Department & whole Dealership to everyone!
