My wife purchased a grand caravan premium plus November 2020. They were really pushy to get the deal done. They were suppose to pay our trade in loan off .it’s been 3 months and the bank hasn’t received a “cheque “ from them so we are paying 2 loans and the other car is gone when calling dealership many time and leaving messages NO ONE returns the calls and many emails no one returns. Just can not believe how these guys are in business when I worked for Donnelly Ford I heard Dilawri was terrible now I believe it . I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear from Dilawri auto group !!! I work in auto industry and I know what good business is and this company seems to be out of touch or don’t know how to use a phone or computer

Passed by got in just to see about a new Truck and my experience was beyond excellent. I end up that day buying a new 2021 Ram 1500 I dealt with Ionut Pasca and was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with him. He helped me out with finding the right truck within my budget. He was very knowledgeable, articulate and courteous. I highly recommended anyone that goes to Dilawri Chrysler to go and speak with Ionut.

I bought my first Jeep in 2012 and been going ever since for all my services. When I went in October 2020 for a oil change I spotted this new 2021 Jeep in the show room and I bought again !! Thank you and continue with your excellent service 👍🏻
