I contacted Jeff, enquiring about a used vehicle which was listed on Dilawri's website. Now, in the end I decided not to acquire the vehicle but I think it's worth sharing how satistifed I was with the way Jeff dealt with my enquiry. Each question was replied to, in details. My wife and I had a tight schedule, and Jeff was very accomodating in order for us to stop by for a test drive. We were treated very respectfully. I would not hesitate to contact Jeff should I be in the market for a used vehicle again.

Wade in sales and Moe in the business office were fantastic to deal with. Their no pressure approach is a nerve calmer in a car dealership, many thanks to keeping the process stress free. Would recommend to any friend or family member to visit should anyone need a vehicle.

I am a proud owner of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra limited I cannot be more happier I've searched For multiple dealerships and they all offered me a 18% Rate Which is ridiculous but think God I meant this salesman Ionut Pasca What a nice gentleman very polite very nice found what I really was into and got the vehicle I wanted at a lower rate I would recommend 100% For everyone to buy a vehicle from their dealership I know my next vehicle will be from them Thanks guys

These guys gave me an excellent deal on a used Pacifica. I am in Kingston, but the dealer here didn't have any so I called Dilawri to see what they have. Ionut gave me great service and went through all the features of the new Pacifica. The next day we had made a deal.

Dilawri Chrysler salesperson Andrew Watkins was a pleasant surprise during my visit to the dealership. Though masked up 2020-style and sitting behind a plastic shield, Andrew's professionalism and relaxed good humour shone thru. He provided useful background on the vehicle l tested, crunched the numbers quickly, and was always there to help, not hassle.
