At Orangeville Honda I am always treated like a valued customer hence my loyalty to the service staff as well as the Honda brand. All of my service needs are met and when there is an issue I am heard and they take care of it. Staff makes a place. Lisa, Tim and all of their staff in service are my main reason for never having serviced my Honda any where but Orangeville Honda. I am truly pleased. Thank you, Cecilia Marrocco

Service Department fought my warranty for almost a full day, until my brother, who works at Orangeville Honda got someone to actually look up our profile and found that we have only had our car for 8 months. I never received a call to apoligize for the inconvience OR to ask if i had alternate means of transportation. I had to borrow a family members vehicle as the service to change a tire took almost 2 days. We are not impressed with the service or customer service that we received and would be reluctant to get another service done there.

Satisfied with the Pilot and service, but it took 1 week longer than planned to get the vehicle, then it took 3 months before our 1st payment was deducted, so we had to hold back money for the monthly payments.

Fast and friendly service . I only got an oil change but the guy at the service counter and the woman at the parts counter were very helpful

Went in for my third oil change, to resolve some issues with my new vehicle and to firm up winter tire and alloy rim selection. Parts ordered, rims and tires set aside and appointment set for service and tire install the following Monday.

Our experience at Orangeville Honda was great! Our sales representative Susan Day was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in and gave us a great presentation on it while we test drove it. At no time did we feel pressured into buying! Thank you for making our experience stress free!
