I really like the service advisors at Roy Nichols. The booking service is simple and they are very honest about required service. I’ve had one negative experience out of quite a few visits. Only reason to not give them 5 stars.

After my recent purchase of my 2021 Silverado i just wanted to acknowledge the great staff at Roy Nichols. Faith, my sales rep, is very knowledgeable and helpful, answering any questions I had, explained all options and made sure the whole process went smoothly. She is all about customer satisfaction even sending a follow up text a few days after I took possession of the truck asking how I was enjoying my new purchase. Alan in finance is very personable and easy to talk to, explaining different options and helping to find the right one for me. I would definitely recommend Roy Nichols if you're considering purchasing a new Cheverolet.

This dealership service department has come a far way in the last few years. I used to have issues years ago, service staff were commonly on the offence. Now The service department is friendly and accountable, rates are close to other shops in the area and they treat the vehicle as if it were their own. I will be back to have more service completed on all my vehicles. Thank you for your great transformation at the dealership and the great service you have provided.
