So i had an issue after my oil change on our caravan. The seal on the oil filter had been severed and the oil leaked out that afternoon. That being said Oxford Dodge had me come in as soon as i could and fixed the problem compmetely and looked over the entire engine to make sure there wasnt any problems from the leak. They were completely profesional and took care of everything from a to z. I had lost faith in them momentarily but quickly realised there professionalism in handling the matter. Ive bought both our vehicles from them and will continue to do so. Sometimes we as customer's are quick to lash out at a business for a mistake or an oversight. I know i was, but oxford dodge reminded me to come in and communicate thats how all problems should and can be dealt with easliy. Thanks to you guys for all your good work. Also one of your guys Paul was so professional and imformative. He really made me feel a lot better about what might have caused this and how it all played out to being repaired and on the road again. My hat off to you.

When first checked in guy told me would be 34 mins when I should get my Journey back. I kind of chuckled. Text husband he said good luck with that. It was 1 hour and 20 mins before I got my Journey back. Plus in that time, guy told me twice car was being topped up and washed. Plus when I looked out window could see this Black Journey sitting on other side of garage for 20mins but I couldn't see licence plate to see if it was mine. Then guy came up to tell me car was done, I said don't tell me that was my care sitting over there for 20 mins. He had no answer as to why my car was sitting there. Asked him twice had no answer, I should of asked to speak to manage right away, but was so Pissed off at this point. Just wanted to leave So was not impressed with my First Oil Change at the New Oxford Dodge.

Sorry to hear that we didn't meet your exceptions in your last visit. Our express lane was experiencing a higher then usual volume of customers this particular day. Your feedback is important to us and I will pass on the information to our service manager who will review it and may be in contact with you regarding this matter. So-called free maintenance check ups had "scheduled" costs by dealership to the tune of ~$1,000 for two vehicles!!! Especially not happy with paying for "alignment" after your brake inspections. This is gouging in my opinion. When I called to discuss, the service rep was considerate, but all said and done she said I have to speak to maintenance manager about alignment cost. She said she would ask the manager to call me. HE NEVER DID!!! SO - while I can somewhat buy the whole preventative maintenance argument on breaks, the cost must be small enough to substantiate relative to a new break job that may arise earlier. By stuffing extra and inappropriate costs into the process - "alignment" - this makes the whole argument questionable. Of course - the manager not returning my call is the big icing on the cake - as this is just disrespectful and poor service approach. I have taken in both vehicles for repair of problems - in both cases nothing was found or done to alleviate the issue. I understand that this can happen - and the service rep explained things in detail - so I am "ok" with this - but somewhat concerned that problems that could not be fixed may arise again. Lastly, the break job - maintenance at ~30K Kilometers, which you know all about, was not finished when my wife brought it in at 7 a.m. in the morning!!! She had to come back again the week after. In 30+ years of dealing with dealerships - this has never happened! This took a lot more of my wife's time than should be necessary. ESPECIALLY when the truck was brought in at 7 a.m.

David Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, was sorry to hear about the poor experience with the Service Department and we do apologise for the circumstances that required your wife to make the additional trip to the service department. The 3 year no charge maintenance provide with you vehicle includes oil changes, tire rotations and the annual Peace of Mind inspection. The details of this should be outlined in your package when you purchased the vehicle. There are additional services that are recommended to be performed on the vehicle to prolong the life expectancy of some components. The alignment insures that the tires are wearing evenly and get proper life expectancy. The brakes also require services to ensure that the pads move freely in the brake caliper. Failure to perform this service can cause the brake to stick on and damage the brake calipers, pads or rotors. The brake job on your vehicle is considerably more expensive than the cost of the service. I apologise that I was never given the message to call however there is a Manager on duty at all times to discuss any concerns. Please feel free to email me gmannion@oxforddodge.com with a phone number and I will be happy to call.

went in for an oil change asked for two things check the measurement of my rubber on my tires and to wash the vehicle - was offered a vacuum as well - upsold an air filter which I accepted and asked for the old one so I could reimbursed by my company quoted was about $40 result: Went outside to get my vehicle after they gave me the keys Window left open, dirty air filter on the passenger seat, and vehicle not washed, no tire measurement on the report , and lastly the air filter was $60 how do you quote $40 and charge $60 top it off vehicle not even vacuumed when they asked me if I wanted it done I hope the new location starts to look at quality and better management training or being further out of the city people will not go to a place with poor business practices James Coombs 519 282 2819

i had my caravan in for a piece of mind inspection before I was headed on vacation. the list of suggested repairs was in the excess of $2000.00. I had refused the service and got a second opinion from another mechanic. He could not find any of the issues that were recommended to be fixed. After my service with oxford dodge was complete I returned to my vehicle to find my cabin filter on my passenger seat with the glove box open and filter door sitting there. Because I didn't get a new one its my job to re-install the old? That's not professional. I understand every mechanic has their opinion but I felt this was an attempt to gouge me. None the less we have bought and serviced 2 vehicles with oxford dodge but will not return.

Service individual was friendly, but the oil change cost $126.15. Too much! I have had shocked reactions from the people I told, all of them telling me I was taken. No one enjoys being overcharged and feeling taken advantage of.

Grace Thank you for taking the time to submit the online review. I am sorry that way about Oxford but I can assure you that we do value and respect our customers. Your vehicle requires full synthetic oil in order to maintain the warranty which is the majority of the cost of the oil change. Although it is more expensive upfront, it will be more cost effective in the long run given the oil change intervals. We put the average distance as a reminder on the oil change sticker but your vehicle is equipped with an oil change reminder system that will indicate when the oil change is due. While it is possible for the oil light to illuminate as early as 5600km it may last much longer but cannot exceed 16,000km/1year/350hours. With this in mind if your oil change is required at 12,000km the cost of the oil change are still less than the conventional oil change due every 5000km. I hope this clarifies your concerns. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding these requirements or refer to the owner’s manual.
