As always, it was quick and easy. lots of smiles. Work completed in a timely manner. Another visit coming in 3 months or when my car says it needs another oil change!

I brought my Jeep Compass in explaining it would not start when it got really foggy outside. I did say it could be the battery. The battery was replaced but nothing else was checked. My vehicle did not start the next day and had to be towed to an auto repair shop. It was discovered there was a problem with the electrical panel.

Thank you Melanie for taking time to review your last service visit. As you had indicated you were experiencing a battery issue the technician servicing your vehicle took the necessary steps in addressing this communicated issue by performing a battery load test along with a parasitic draw which resulted in a replacement battery and positive battery terminal. It is unfortunate that in some circumstances that there may be some issues that are not easily identified but technicians are specifically trained to identify issues based on customer feedback which in this situation identified a requirement of the replacement battery and terminal which in turn resulted in your vehicle starting up and ran fine before the vehicle was returned. We do stand behind our work and would have been more than happy to have assisted you with your concern the next day if you had contacted us. Dealt with dealership for 20 years. They are quick and efficient when servicing your vehicle and communicate with you any problems or concerns. Their new facility is amazing!!

Great new facility. Service personnel knowledgeable and helpful provided excellent workmanship and info, however quick lube should not take 2hours.

Car was "returned" to resolve head-light leak issues resulting from a prior visit. They located the part required to resolve the problem and repaired.

Just seemed like mass confusion in the service area. Alot going on there. Leaving hazard lights on vehicles for extended period of time unnecessarily.

There has been a persistent problem with my car since Dec. When turning the steering wheel I can feel parts moving under the car through the floor. This began in December. I have brought the car in twice for this issue. No one seems clear on the problem and yet it persists. Both of these visits have used my "peace of mind" inspections, and have yet to provide me any peace of mind. I am now faced with taking my 1.5 year old car to another mechanic to have it diagnosed. I am sorry to say, I have not been happy with the service departments customer service since I purchased the car and this most recent experience has simply added to that opinion. It would be most appreciated if someone with a commitment to solving this problem would contact me, otherwise you will have lost a customer. ~ Nneka Allen

Hi Nneka Thank you for the feedback, we are sorry that we have had a difficult time tracking down this concern. I know that on both visits to the service department the weather had been really bad and the road conditions have not been suitable for road tests. To clarify, I have checked on your file and we have not used your Peace of Mind inspections during these last two visits. I will have someone from the service department contact you so that we can road test the vehicle with you to duplicate the concern so that we can determine the cause of the noise.
