I like going to Andy as he always keeps me in the loop with what is going on with my vehicle. He informs me of things that were done, things that were found that needed to be looked after and whether it is something I need to take care of right away or I can hold off on. This is very important to me as it shows that the customer matters and not just making money. He is always pleasant and he goes out of his way. He is not a "That is someone else's job." kind of guy. When I was there this time there was a shortage of staff to bring the customers car around, I was waiting for a bit, and I noticed Andy go and get in my car for me. He took it through the wash and then brought it to me so I would not have to wait any longer. That is one of the reasons I always ask for Andy. I trust him and that means a lot to me because I know nothing about cars and trucks and could easily be talked into repairs that are not required. This is one reason I keep coming back to Leggat instead of finding an independent shop. Thanks Brenda Wall

This was our first time buying a "family" vehicle and it was nothing but fantastic. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. Whenever we had a question, he had an answer and if he didn't he would go and get an answer for us. We are so happy with our experience at Leggat and also with Jeremy. Nothing But Friendly Service By Crawford and Leggat

I took my car (2011 Chevrolet Cruz) in for work because the water pump and transmission lines were both leaking. Crawford greeted me once I brought the car in and explained clearly to me what work was going to be done. He told me how long it was going to take for the work to be done and then offered to get me a shuttle to take me somewhere. I got a shuttle to the mall (only had to wait about 5 minutes) and after a couple hours I got the call that my car was ready. I got picked up by the shuttle again (very friendly drivers) and headed back to the dealership. Once I returned, Crawford explained that they had fixed the water pump but needed to order in the transmission lines, which would take about a week but I'd get a call when they were in. About 4 days later I received an e-mail that my parts were in and I'd be getting a phone call to schedule my remaining work to be done. A day later I got a call from Crawford to schedule to bring my car in and we easily worked with my schedule and set up my appointment (and a rental car) so I could drop off my car before work and then pick it up afterwards. When I dropped off my car for the appointment I was again greeted by the friendly Leggat staff and Crawford set everything up quickly so I could get over to the rental place as fast as possible since I had to get to work. The only negative part of my whole experience was at the rental place but that really isn't the fault of Leggat or their staff. Crawford even called me at work to let me know that my car repairs had been completed. When I got to the dealership after work everything was ready for me and my car was even parked right out front so I could find it easily. Overall, a very good experience from Leggat and Crawford!

Ever since my husband passed away, I have had to rely solely on John to advise me about my car's maintenance and the best decisions to make. He is always kind and takes the time to explain things to me so I understand the issues. I rely on him so much that if her were to leave Leggat's I would be very unhappy. John is a gem. Keep him happy because I need him.

Chris was excellent he took the time to go for a road test with me because of concerns I had with my 4 wheel drive and he determined there was a problem. He personally looked after me arranged for a car and called letting me know what was going on. I can't say enough about Leggat, the whole experience was great. I certainly will look for my next vehicle with Leggat. I really feel like there is no reason to go elsewhere.

What was needed was explained to me as soon as I entered the garage. After the mechanic provided his report to show additional service to my brakes, John called me to explain it. He was aware that I am leaving for Florida next week and advised me that it should be done. This type of service makes me happy and I trust John. My dealing with Leggatt's has always been good.
