As usual, I was given an incisive overview of what my service would entail. I left knowing precisely what paces my car would be put through in order to render it 'ship-shape'.

we were treated with respect and told how the features worked on the car. we were also invited to go to the cafeteria which saved us a lot of time because we were not familiar with the . city.

I wanted to have extensive work done on our Chevy 2006 Silverado. Unfortunately I needed a key cut and went to parts department as we had lost the only key for the truck. The key that had been cut didn't work so I stopped by to speak to the parts department and then was referred to the manager. I then spoke to the manager about it not working and was told that it was checked against the VIN so it wasn't their fault. I asked for my money back and was told no as they cut the key. I then asked if they could just try to recut the version we have to see if that helped. I was so disappointed in the manner in which I was treated that I took their advice and hired a lock smith to replace the ignition. Ironically, he reground the key so it works now both in the door and new ignition . You can be certain that will be the last $80 your dealership will ever see of my money or any of my friends if they consider my experience. I haven't lived in Burlington for long but long enough to know that residents expect better customer service from local companies.

We have not been able to contact the customer to discuss as we have do not have any contact information on file. The dealership is able to cut keys via 2 methods; the first one is if the customer has a duplicate key, which they did not. The second is by the serial number of the vehicle which was supplied. When the customer contacted us to tell us that the key did not work we suggested, that because they bought the 2006 Silverado as a used vehicle that perhaps the locks had been changed at some point. We suggested to them to either come back here and we try to cut another set or to see a locksmith. We have not heard from customer since but would like to extend an invitation for them to call us to discuss.
