I had a fairly good experience purchasing my vehicle last spring but since then I have been very annoyed at the amount of emails and phone calls I get. A month after I bought my truck I was already getting calls from the service department to bring my truck in for scheduled maintenance and had someone call me to ask about trading in. I even had someone call me the other day just to ask me to write this review. I recently got an oil change and inspection done on my truck and I waited there an hour before the shuttle was able to give me a ride. All of my future oil changes will be done somewhere else where an appointment isn't needed and I can be in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I bought a car from them back in the summer. I like the Finance manager but was not happy overall with the experience with the sales person that helped me with this purchase. I found him very rude and quite pushy towards me. I sold my car and they were meant to come out with paper work and release the car to me but when they got here I noticed an add-on that was added without my permission. They Said they would need to take the car back. They left me without a car and had to go back in the following day. Was Also pressured on adding an extra coverage plan on the car. All in all I will never deal with this dealership again. This was extremely disappointing because I worked hard to get a new vehicle and felt this was such a poor experience, right from the beginning. I get you are being paid a commission but that does not give you a right to be rude to people that are trying to buy a car.

Waste of time. I have a baby so my time is already limited to leaving the house which they were aware of. Brandon Awrey in particular just wasn’t understanding of my wants/needs. I came in with a checklist of exactly what I wanted and found a car online I had been confirmed to test drive. He had told me a time to come in so I made it work and when I got there the car was sold days prior. He brought me in knowing the car I was coming in for was no longer there and proceeded to show me cars out of interest. I ended up never going back and never will.

Awesome dealership from start to finish. Dealing on 2022 Spark 2LT, well equipped contacted Dan.B checked availability (in transit). Finance dept Brandon A on this unit in transit, save time when this car arrives. Call 9am Oct 21/23 car please make sure what meets your needs and wants, view unit, paperwork done. Corey Risling was thanking us on the new purchase. Christina M did the walk around, on star usage , my Chevrolet app. Highly recommended SMP Saskatoon to all folks, numerous low mileage selection all price points.
