I was shopping for a pick up truck for a few months, driving a 2017 sport in great condition I was not rushed to jump into a truck, but also didn't want to settle on a lower base model for a higher price than my Sport... St Albert dodge gave me great trade in value on my sport and were able to get me into a brand new 2022 Laramie fully loaded , for close to the price of the classic Express I seen else where.. I dealt with Sam during the sales process, as my self being in sales, I'll say this , this young man's got a bright future... His communication thru text and phone made this the easiest vehicle purchase I've made. Then onto financing which is always the not so fun part. Evan is one of the nicest most personable people I've dealt with on a professional level, his expertise and real life experience really made me feel good about my purchase... Again thank u to Sam amd Evan at St albert Dodge for being amazing!

I bought my used vehicle from Corey baker, he told me it passed inspection and that it was ready to go. I drove from red deer to at Albert to come test drive this vehicle which wasn’t even dome being detailed after being told it was ready to go. I asked them asked Corey about the weird sound from the back and he simply brushed it off and told me hybrids sound like that… two weeks later sensors started coming on and then I had to drive to St. Albert once again to drop off my vehicle for repairs should’ve already been done. In this I was promised a rental luckily I brought my mom because when I got there I found out that you have to be 21 or older to get a rental and Corey knew I was only 18 but promised one anyways. They brought back the vehicle and the check engine light was on in but they reassured me it was parking sensor.. it was not. I’ve been trying to deal with this issue for weeks (April 24) was the first time I tried to contact St. Albert dodge about this issue. Not even a sales manager has gotten back to me after several requests to speak with one. Very disappointed with my purchase from St. Albert.
