I can always rely on Brantford Honda for servicing my vehicle. Nobody knows my Honda like they do. Trevor in service goes over and above to ensure everything is perfect. Steve the service manager was very helpful in helping me understand my issue. I appreciate the great service. 👍

After owning 5 Honda’s from CRV to Civic to Ridgline and Passport. All but the passport being reliable vehicles. But the worst part of my entire experience is the service I received not only from BRANTFORD Honda but from Honda Canada telling me a whistle in the vents is working as designed and to deal with it . My 2019 passport has been into the dealership almost a dozen times, from factory recalls (understandable) to tire pressure issues, radio issues, folding mirrors , windshield trip breaking loose, power window button defective. I understand it’s a vehicle and it can be fixed . But a year old with 20k and it seen the dealership that many times . Called Honda Canada and they escalated it to mediation and it took him almost 8 weeks just to call me and tell me sorry we have done all we can do . I’m not crazy and hearing things as the service advisor at the dealership also hears the noise. A whistle while your driving is extremely irritating. When I called and left a message for upper management at the dealership in early February, still awaiting a call back. Sincerely one very disappointed customer

I bought my car from Ando and Krista about a year ago in the heat of COVID, and it was easy then. A year later my girlfriend bought her car from them as well, and it was even easier. The staff is friendly, educated and makes the car-buying process easy, fun and enjoyable. It’s also not very time-consuming, and they always go the extra mile for their customers. They also have a really good coffee machine. I can’t really imagine going to anyone else whenever anyone asks me about a car. These guys are my “car guys”.

Aaron Alonzo provided exceptional sales service to me and my family while we purchased a 2020 Honda Civic back in Aug, 2020. What I appreciated most about Aaron was his sincerity and transparency. Aaron is simply a nice young man. He was approachable, friendly, genuine, and helpful. I took the time to speak with his supervisor following the sale to share my appreciation for Aaron and that I most appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a car. Of course, his goal is sell vehicles, but because he didn't employ tactics etc. that the industry uses (not that that's immoral or anything, I get that it's sales), he simply understood what our family was looking for and as we pursued investigating and exploring options, he provided the information all while ensuring that we were supported in our pursuit of a vehicle. I hope that Aaron continues to thrive at Brantford Honda and that his work is noticed and rewarded. Blessings, Aaron and thank you for the excellence in helping us get into a civic.

I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle during Covid and had actually delayed the decision to purchase from last year. But this week I began my search and ended back at Brantford Honda and with the help of Aaron Alonzo I successfully completed the purchase of my new 2021 Honda Pilot. Aaron met me on the parking lot Wednesday and walked me through the various models and features of each , and brought several vehicles to test drive. I returned Thursday to negotiate the deal. Aaron was super friendly and helpful throughout the process and with his product knowledge and expertise I was able to move forward with my purchase. Today we picked up our new vehicle and again Aaron walked me through the process and I felt comfortable driving away with our new Pilot. Thanks Aaron for all your help. You are an asset to Brantford Honda!
