These guys are outstanding Natalie and the finance team went above and beyond to get me exactly the car I wanted hassle free and nothing but good vibes from everyone it's a welcoming environment I recommend to anyone who's looking to buy I went to 2 other honda dealerships before choosing brantford honda they were the only ones who didn't treat me like just a customer they treated me like they actually cared and again went above and beyond to make me happy ... and that's what counts if your in the market for a car new or used see Natalie and the sales team I promise you the experience will be unmatched to other dealerships ... with that being said I know where I'll be coming to upgrade in a couple of years thank you thank you everyone !! AlsoI live 40k away and happily make the drive here even for service

I usually don’t post reviews much but this one is well deserved and then some. James treated us wonderfully from start to finish; he was super clear and answered all of our questions, provided any extra paperwork that I requested for my own comfort/records, and kept in touch via text without fail. He was transparent about the history of our car (it was pre-owned) and did everything he could to prepare it and fix anything we weren’t 100% happy with before pick-up. We live far from the dealership but I would come all the way back in a heartbeat for my next car. We also dealt with Nicole and Pete, both of which were clear, helpful and friendly as well. I will recommend this place to everyone I know from now on.

I usually don't write reviews but this place definitely deserves a great one! My grandfather recently purchased a used car from Honda. The salesmen Casey was very friendly and informative, always answering all my grandfathers questions and finding him exactly what he needed. The day we picked the car up it was all ready to go with a nice bow on it and a beautiful thank you gift. In the last 10 years my grandfather has probably purchased 4 cars from our local car lot and has never been treated so nice. Overall the entire process was great from start to finish, I'd definitely recommend!
