Their service department leaves something to be desired. 8.5 hrs to change the oil and look at a loose heat shield. Nobody to answer the phone or return calls. Had I not prepaid for the oil change package I would never be back for service. Left me scrambling and without a vehicle for a day and night.

I just picked up my 2021 Ram truck. I want to thank Ali and Ahmed for their help with this purchase. From the moment I was greeted in the parking lot until the moment I drove off the lot they were both professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. What I truly appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure tactics and no sales gimmicks. They were supportive and collaborative individuals who answered all my questions and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Great team atmosphere and I’ll look forward to visiting again when it’s time to replace our families second vehicle.

I bought a used Ram. The truck had a dent. They never meantioned it. They told me I had to pay 350 for some sort of used warranty .. had to.. I signed then found out I didnt have to.. I yelled at the Moe the finance guy he gave me my money back. I was pressured for 1 hour to buy additional warranties or oil changes for a promise of cheaper financing. I did quick math and all offers were not benefitting me. Bottom line don't get bullied by these wolves in sheep's clothing.

When I brought my vehicle in on Monday, I was told it would be ready by Wednesday evening. I then received a call letting me know that the wrong part was shipped. I am now being told that my vehicle will be ready by Friday evening. I have gone several days without a vehicle. Not once during my dealings with service, was a lobar car brought up. When I talked to the manager, he was not helpful. He implied that I should have known to ask for a loaner vehicle. I have now gone 4 days without my vehicle. It is not only inconvenient, but I am now paying a service to get me to and from work. I am not happy with the service I received from your company.I think a manager and staff should know the difference with customers service and service you pay for.

These guys gave me an excellent deal on a used Ram..I am in Peterborough, but the exact truck I was looking for happened to be with Dilawri in Ottawa. I contacted the dealership and within a few days we had made a deal. They went over and above to make accommodations for me. Every other dealership I dealt with previously was an awful experience. I would definitely buy another truck from Dilawri. Thanks .
