I'd like to take a brief moment to thank the staff for their kind service especially Mr.Mamdouh Ghanam for taking the upmost care of my beloved chrysler 300 and kept following up on the process I came to get my vehichle serviced via the recommended M5 service package and the service team went above and beyond for me where I recieved my car back on the promised time and it felt brand new and they took care of my transportation from and back to the dealership via uber, I couldn't point out one bad thing that day except the fact that it might of been a colder day but didn't stop them from providing a superior customer service. thank you dodge delawri

I bought a RAM truck from Andrew. During the purchase he was quick to respond. However, there was no follow up since parts for the truck were on back order. I tried to reach out to him multiple times over the span of three months by email and phone with zero success. I also have attempted voice mail with the parts manager and store manager and have yet to speak to anyone. The truck is great, I would definitely make the same purchase again just from a different dealer next time. Very poor after purchase customer service. After responding to their request to contact their customer service I have not heard back.

This is my first experience with the Dilawri group, and I have to say, it’s a poor one. I submitted an online application around noon on Friday and no call, email or anything. In the last 8 years I’ve purchased 5 vehicles, financing 4 of them. This is very disappointing, however there’s a lot of dealerships in the city. My only reason for choosing Dilawri was that they had the vehicle I wanted.
