Shane Paquette was rude and arrogant , not to mention I had my beats head phones stollen when I left my Jeep with him . Took my truck in twice in the same month for transmission issues yet he said there was nothing wrong, I went to a new Jeep dealership and they found the problem immediately, just on time before my warranty expired. Shane is incompetent .

I was at the dealership 11th August for regular service, Really had a bad experience this time. Usually I've dealt with SHANE before and he is really professional at what he does, but unfortunately i had to deal with MAMDOUH GHANAM, this person has no idea of customer service. No Formal greetings, also upon asking for a discount that i received from the dealership he gave me a really bad look and did not give me full percentages and directly advised me that's all his manager approved. So, i demanded to speak with Shane and immediately he offered me to pay $10 out of his pocket and said it's just 5%.(REASON WHY I AM TAKING NAMES HERE & GETTING PERSONAL). After this he told his fellow colleague in front of me that i am asking 5% more and then i really lost it, i haven't asked for more i should get what i am told. Shane was finally there, this person never apologized also never explained what i am paying for nor thanks come again, just handed me the payment terminal left my keys there. This guys really needs to be trained well before helping any other customers, people here pay thousands of dollars for repairs they need to know what's wrong and what they are paying for, you are not the grocery or convenience store employee where people would read the labels and get an idea. Really felt very bad the entire evening of how this person has treated me and gave me double thoughts if i should visit here again only because of MAMDOUH !

I bought one used vehicle from them many years ago and while negotiating the purchase, I dealt with what I can describe as old school & high pressure sales tactics that left a bad taste in my mouth. End result? I've never been back. Reading thethrough reviews, I'm not convinced they're interested in repeat business.

Mike and Moe are absolutely amazing. We bought our van back in December for our growing family. After an absolutely horrible experience at Orleans Capital Dodge, I expected the worst walking into Dilawri. Man was I wrong. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and were shown new vehicles for the first time (everyone kept trying to sell me used and sitting on the lot for too long). We were given world class service from start to finish. Mike was knowledgeable and honest and made us comfortable by answering all our questions. He asked us questions about our lifestyle and showed us lots of options including a blue Dodge Grand Caravan because he knew my 3 year old was asking us to get a blue van. When it came to purchase, we went to see Moe. He helped us through the purchase and gave us all our warranty options (which we went for). At one point I had to bring my two kids in and Mike and Moe were so understanding they even offered them treats from their employee bake sale (An offer they gladly accepted). Even when the bank screwed up our certified cheque, Moe was talking to me on the phone while I was at the bank and we were able to get it all sorted and drive away in our new van that night. Mike emailed us after our youngest was born congratulating us on the new addition. I am so beyond impressed with these two guys. They made us feel so valued from the minute we walked into the dealership. They took care of us start to finish. Now we’re here, 7 months later rocking our blue minivan and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Mike and Moe we need more guys like you out there.

STAY AWAY .. avoid buying used cars from here ... my dodge van started having trouble with AC and brakes only couple of months after the purchase . While during selling they promised that they did a thorough check of the vehicleand there are no issues with the AC or brakes .. I am going to avoid any Dilawri dealership for future purchase .. will never recommend this place to anyone ..

I bought a truck here in October 2019. Dealt with Andrew in sales and have to say he is great at what he does, was able to answer all questions I had and work with me to get the truck I wanted. Picking up the vehicle there was no PDI gone over with me as is usually done with new vehicles, was tossed the keys and basically told to clear the lot. My dealings with the service department on the other hand or lack there of is a different story. Tried multiple times to reach them during different days to book an appointment and received no return calls from the messages I left. Big thank you to Laplante Dodge in Embrun for looking after me instead.
