Poor after sale service

Bought a Dodge Ram brand new in 2014 than not being smart got caught in a trap when they advertise big incentives if you come buy a vehicle again and in 2016 bought a Grand Caravan. Sales people are great at least until you sign on the dotted line but the after sales service leaves much to be desired. They don’t answer your calls, book appointments by date and time but will keep your vehicle all’s and into the next day with no regards to the fact you might need it. Brought van in the evening before for 9 am appointment next day to have noise checked and like they did previously with the Ram, they didn’t hear anything and because it showed low fuel, they parked it and called to get authorization to put fuel in at 2:48 pm. My error I hadn’t checked gas situation but call at 2:48 is late. Than they want to keep the van until the next day but I had an appointment in Alexandria about 2 hrs away to the east (van is deep west) at 9:30 am the next day. I called and left a message but they didn’t bother calling me back. BTW, the Ram needed a front wheel bearing when they “couldn’t” hear anything once warranty was done. That was another struggle to have them change it under warranty since they couldn’t hear what we were hearing.

2 hours and 30 minutes for oil change !!! I had appointment at 2 pm , they didn’t offer me transportation , so I had to call Uber for 2 ways , bad service for big company !!

I don’t know how or where to start.. I’ve always loved American car and bought from this place 2 cars over the years, I got the extended warranty as well. I’ve been having an issue with car, I went to Dilawri more than 6 times for the same issue. I even paid for a part that needed to be repaired and I was not supposed to pay for it because I have warranty. I still have the same issue happening to car. Their customer service is below zero especially the gentleman in the service section his name is Sean. He was beyond rude I’ve never experienced such bad customer service.

I was getting 2 mailed recall notices per day for almost a year, for a vehicle I didn't own, because of their errors (which they couldn't fix). Now I get almost daily phone automated service reminders for a car I no longer own, and their crack admin staff don't know how to handle it. Run away, run far away from Dilawri.

Nice Staff and sales persons. problem is unfortunately with the used cars managers that are setting the prices and advertisements. I went to see a 2014 BMW X5 they had for sale few month ago, it was listed at $ 34.888, no deal was reached. since then the price went down to 31.888 then 29.888 and for the last month was sitting at 26.888 (still not sold) I went to see it yesterday and talked to a salesman, we went for a test drive, and when we came back, we were discussing price (as it needs tires, cracked windshield back doors not closing properly). I noticed that the price he is coating is back up to 29.888 instead of 26.888.... I showed the salesperson the add showing 26.888 (add was still active).... salesman asked if he can talk to his manager.... salesman came back and said they are raising the price to reflect the spring season pricing.... I checked the add yesterday and price is changed from 26.888 to 29.888 then today the price changed again to 31.888 unfortunately, this is a perfect example of how to loose trust with Dilawri, customers.... when a price gets adjusted based on customer interest or lack of it. False advertisement is also something to be considered... lastly a general advice for Delawri used car manager: when selling a high end vehicle like BMW X5 or equivalent, you need to recondition the car, to the least replace a cracked windshield, if tires are bold completely then maybe its a good idea to replace them ...specially when you are asking close to 30K for a 2014... and stop changing the prices up and down (26.888--34.888) . No trust!!!
