Bought my ram a 5 weeks ago n still waiting for my leather seats These guys are the worst always need to threaten them with omvic, opened my claim hope they obey or get fined. Stay away at all costs, orleans dodge dealer is 100 times better

Poor customer service. I like seeing vehicles in person, (I'm buying preowned) and was pressured to buy that day. Was so unprofessional. DOnt waste time.

Had a bunch of codes come up before my warranty was up and the service guy at the desk lied to me telling me it wasn't anything. Now I'm on the hook for all the work. Remembering back to when I bought it, I also recall the salesman not even wanting to help me out and just being rude. I will be buying my fleet of trucks elsewhere.

I was told my warranty was running out and if I would want to do an end of warranty inspection, I said yes. I forgot I bought the extended warranty and I still had a few years left. I have been trying to get my money back for awhile now. The service manager never returns my call. I have called about 10 times now. I will go with another dealership in the future.
