Once again, today August 18 Dilawri dealership stepped up to the plate with the excellent customer service, service manager Liam and Peter at the service office pulled a bunny out of the hat by having one of their top notch mechanic fix a few issues with my infotainment. Between a reset, software updates and have the settings well set, I am more than happy with the service received again, thank you to all. Satisfied customer since 2009. Great team! Andrew< Jeff, Jason and Paul. I'm very happy with the customer service that I received for my new Jeep cherokee TH 2020 purchased last January 25th. thank you!

The deal for the jeep trailhawk I was looking at was not what I was willing to make. They came up with a deal on a ram1500. I felt pressured and made the deal. I went in the next day to cancel my purchase and I was told that I couldn't. They told me that the truck was already in my name. I went 3 days later to get the truck and I had to wait for the plates. I guess it wasn't in my name .I will not be recommending your dealership

If you want to set up an appointment to get a recall fixed.... this is not a place to go, they will tell you sorry we can't get the part and can't do the recall and tell you you could go somewhere else and they could do it..

I’d like to thank Andrew for his great customer service. He answered all our question and was patient as we test drive the vehicle twice. He is everything a salesperson should be and would recommend him if your interested in a Jeep. We found a different vehicle that met our exact needs but will certainly swing by the dealership for our future car buying needs.

Shane at Service is the best. Very freindly helpful guy there. He helped me multiple times getting my parts for my truck and helping me out. Always calling giving me heads up what's going on with out worrying.
