Had a bunch of codes come up before my warranty was up and the service guy at the desk lied to me telling me it wasn't anything. Now I'm on the hook for all the work. Remembering back to when I bought it, I also recall the salesman not even wanting to help me out and just being rude. I will be buying my fleet of trucks elsewhere.

I was told my warranty was running out and if I would want to do an end of warranty inspection, I said yes. I forgot I bought the extended warranty and I still had a few years left. I have been trying to get my money back for awhile now. The service manager never returns my call. I have called about 10 times now. I will go with another dealership in the future.

We recently purchased a used vehicle through Jeff. From initial contact to the final sale, he was detail oriented, answered all our questions, and allowed us to make decisions without any pressure tactics. I usually find shopping for vehicles a painful experience. However, Jeff and the Dilawri provide us with a very pleasant experience.

This was one of the worst retail experience I've ever had, and would rate them 0 stars if it was possible. Think of stereotypical sleazy used car salesman tactics, and that's what we got. Multiple times we caught our salesman in a lie about the car, and all he did was laugh and say 'you caught me on that one'. Anytime we had questions about the car, or requested documentation about the vehicle, he would get frustrated with us for not blindly buying the car. We had a deal negotiated and signed, so they took my credit card (hostage) to close out the deal, and that's when the real pressure tactics began to jack up the price. Only then did they say the winter tires and rims (mounted on the car) were no longer part of the deal, but they would be 'gracious' enough to only charge me $1000 for them. I was so disgusted by the lack of professionalism, that I walked out after it was clear they weren't going to do the deal we had negotiated (by this time they had held my credit card hostage for almost 10-15 minutes to try and make it difficult to leave). I then recieved a call later that night apologizing for the unprofessional conduct, and was told the original deal was back on the table, and they would call me first thing in the morning. Guess what; they never called and it took them almost 7 hours to return our calls. Turns out they sold the car out from under us less than 12 hours after the apology call saying they would do right by us this time and it wouldn't happen again. Their jingle should be 'No one deals bulls**t like Dilawri!'
