Impossible to get a hold of anyone at the dealership or get a call back. Left 6 voicemails and 4 emails, no one ever returned my phone call. The one time I did manage to get someone on the phone he said: "its not worth my time to transfer a lease, we dont't make any money from it, we are busy selling cars'

So insulting, told salesman I would be doing comparison shopping with Peele Chrysler in Mississauga right away. He immediately left to speak to another couple and the sales manager came out and referred to me as” Mr Peele”! My name is Hanlon!! Put my ownership and keys on desk and told me to deal with Peele!! I thought competitive shopping was ok? Totally disrespectful and petty! I will make sure to let everyone know what a terrible dealership this is!!

A dealership that I will never enter. Can't even leave a Negative Rating without posting at least 1 Star. Unfortunately I can not justify that. Tried calling to book a sales appointment and you only get a general automated voice system that can't connect you to the proper department. Can't leave a message and emails go unanswered. Guess the staff aren't starving for business. They will definitely not be getting mine ever.

I took my car to them to fix the gear system. They broke pipes and the check engine light turned in what cost me 1700$ That happen with them twice. In addition the receptionist is rude . I regret to visit them and will share my experience every where.
