AMAZING EXPERIENCE

My overall experience at Thompson’s chrysler was AMAZING. Dean provided amazing customer service and ensured that I was taken care of. Tony (Finance Manager) was super helpful and explained every bit of detail required to ensure I fully understood everything about my Financing/paperwork. Both Dean and Tony made me feel super helped and confident in my vehicle search. 11/10 service!!!!!

This is our 3rd purchase with Dean. He goes beyond any expectations that we have every time we go in. He finds out what you are looking for in a vehicle, what expectations you have when getting a vehicle, and does it in a timely matter. When we went in looking for our most recent purchase Dean search the vehicle that night and arranged to have the vehicle delivered Kingston to test drive Monday morning. Dean is confident and knowledge. He knows his products and stands behind his words. Dean makes sure you feel comfortable to ask any question and voice any concerns. We would only buy from Dean and recommend anyone and everyone to Dean. Thank you Dean for making our most recent trade in quick and easy.

Would not recommend to anybody. Not sure they even deserve one star. Received horrible service and when I tried to talk about it, the service only got worse, service lady was rude to me, then I was brushed off onto car loft like it was their fault, then back onto Chrysler, and back to carloft and back to Chrysler. Rarely ever received phone calls back, would wait days and call again, left multiple messages for the owner, finally received a call from him which ended with him saying he would call me back, and never did. Disgusting.

Chris was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We loved dealing with him and the dealership. Will be recommending him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
