To whom may be reading this: I have purchased my car from this location and also included the VIP service with my purchase. I always liked the idea of my dealership servicing my car as they are the experts. From the time i purchased my car in 2013, i have always been coming to this location for any service that was required, from oil changes to any maintenance or problems. I am appalled by the treatment, and lack of respect I received from Raymond during my last visit there. I came in for my routine oil change and I was cornered by Raymond and his team to service my breaks even thought I had my rotors and pads changed LESS than a month ago at your location. I was told if i didn't do this service and if i didn't rotate my tires than i would no longer be eligible for the VIP service. Why do i need to service my breaks if i just got them changed at your location less than a month ago?They also told me I had to rotate my tires, I explained to them that i'll be changing my tires to winter ones in less than a month and the tire rotation can be done next season. This was not acceptable to them - it was all about any method to make money. I'm truly disgusted that the Manager on duty kept forcing me to pay for something that didn't need to be done, and because i didn't agree to it, my status was revoked from me. How is that customer service? I'd understand if i was going to other places to have my car serviced and only coming to Honda for oil changes, but that clearly isn't the case, everything is on file there. I definitely won't be returning here and will make sure my family and friends know how horrible my experience here was. Two thumbs down from me for a very unpleasant "VIP" service package.
