Both Tim and Vicki were very responsive to our questions. Prior to contacting Collingwood Toyota we spent time in the Barrie location for a test drive. I knew exactly what I wanted and have to say the service provided prior to the final sale from Tim and Vicki solidified our decision to purchase from Collingwood.

I had dealt with your service department with my 2010 Rav4 and .always found them to be very helpful and competent so it was no surprise to find the Sales Department in Collingwood Just as professional and helpful. Shane took good care of my needs as this was my first accident with all the red tape that it entails. I am delighted with my new 2017 Rav4 and will probably call on Shane in the future for another update on the many wonderful features of my new car.
