We had a positive experience due to Ted and Ed, primarily. They gave us a vehicle as promised. We knew we could have gotten a slightly better price at another dealer in Ontario but we chose to deal with this dealership because we felt they had gone the extra mile for us.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Toyota Corolla at Collingwood Toyota. My sales consultant, Ed Akitt, was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. He gave me all the information I needed and then allowed me to take my time when deciding to move forward with purchasing the car. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. The entire Toyota team was exceptional. Vicki Rose and Kathryn Lingstone in the Financial department were great. Samantha Walker spent an hour explaining all the features in my new car. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them again in the future.

It was a pleasant, unhurried, experience trading-in/purchasing our third Rav 4 from Collingwood Toyota, especially dealing with Tim Staring, an experienced, no-pressure salesman, who knows the in-outs of the car, and imparts that knowledge in a friendly, informative manner.
