This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Ed Akitt at Collingwood Toyota and was more than pleased with Ed and the staff. No pressure to upgrade into items you don't want. All questions answered and good courteous service. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle there.

Bought new RAV4 with sales rep Shane at Collingwood Toyota who provided and outlined the breakdown of costs / options that were available to us. Great customer service with no pressure. Vicki in finance was great and had all paperwork ready and in order for us to sign on day of picking up vehicle. At the same time we needed a quote to repair our 2008 Matrix. Mark who showed us what the issue was gave us options as well so we could choose the type of repair and associated cost. The quote he gave us and the actual cost when we went to pay worked out lower which was a welcome surprise. We would highly recommend Collingwood Toyota whether buying a new vehicle or having one serviced. Thank you....Love our Toyota's!! expected. We really appreciated both departments and the service that was provided.
