We had a very positive experience. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and we didn't feel at all pressured. We had a lot of questions which were answered fully and quickly by Tim.

Thanks to a referral I came across Collingwood Toyota on the World Wide Web. I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings and willingness of your Dealership to work with me to find the Ultimate truck. Purchase of 2013 Red Rav

I "blame" Krista for this purchase! LOL Would never have happened without her. Been going to CW Toyota for fifteen years, and she is the one constant I LOVE there, in addition to Rob and Steve in Service, of course. They are the backbone of the place. Always helpful, listen to all my gripes (valid or not :)) and get the job done. Now...back to the purchase of my 'new' car. Had gone in for a service on my much loved 12 year old Solara. Did NOT want to trade it in, but I knew the time was approaching for the move. Krista kindly gave up her afternoon to go through options, etc....and then I spotted the Red Rav, and said: What about this one? And after a half hour test drive, I couldn't find any reason NOT to trade in my baby (Solara). And the rest is history.

It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Tim and Kathryn at Collingwood Toyota. Tim is our go to guy for our vehicle needs. He is the only one that we prefer and love to deal with. He shows great care and expertise in directing us to our dream HIGHLANDER. This is our 4th Toyota purchased through Collingwood Toyota. We will definitely repeat as customers in the future as we need. Thanks guys for being incredible as always. WHAT A PLEASURE!!!!!! :)
