Shane was very easy to deal with, not pushy which I don't like in a sales representative. He walked me through all the features in my new car, didn't try to sell me things which I didn't ask for, responded quickly to my emails and in general made my buying experience a very pleasurable experience. I will certainly use his services again in the future.
